My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. While the rooms into the yard for the first two days were spacious and quiet, the switch to rooms with windows on the main street brought excessive noise. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but a bit slow at times. The location, though a bit far from the center, was convenient for attending events at the Laszlo Papp Arena and had excellent access to public transportation. The dining experience, particularly the Bernese Fries, was satisfying. The hotel facilities were adequate with some maintenance issues noted. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
